The house has 4 levels, 6 bedrooms, a TV room, a game room, 4 splendid balconies with magnificent views, a large living room, our triangle shaped dining room and a spacious kitchen.

The villa includes the services of a maid who will gladly clean the villa every day during your visit. We also have waiters and cooks at your service at an additional cost. Our concierge will gladly greet you and help you organize any activity or transport request you may have during your visit.

Some other services that are not included in our rates, but we'll be happy to provide for you are the following; laundry services, spa services, special activities and tours, organization of events such as birthday parties, small weddings, music, live bands, mariachis, trios and much more to make that day a very special one. We can also provide transportation from and to the airport, restaurant reservations and recommendations and any other service you may require.

We do not have access to the beach, although it is just few steps from the house. The nearest beach is 1 mile south and another one is 2 miles north, named mismaloya where "The Nigh of The Iguana" play was filmed.
