Rates and Availability

Casa Gran Dia´s rates are per night and they vary upon the season requested:

SUMMER SEASON
June to October $1,200.00 plus tax

WINTER SEASON
November to May $1,600.00 plus tax

HOLLIDAYS
7 Days minimum rental for Christmas
7 Days minimum rental for New Years
$1,950.00 plus tax

A 50% deposit will be solicited upon booking your reservation.
The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Should you make your reservation 30 days prior to arrival,
100% will be solicited to validate your reservation.

A security deposit of $500.00 USD will be asked upon arrival.
If there are no property damages or long distance calls, it will be returned in full on your departure.
